Brussels, January 21, 2010 – RHJ International (“RHJI”) announced today that it has agreed to sell its 25.5% interest in the music production and entertainment company, Columbia Music Entertainment, Inc. (“CME”).
In addition to the sale of its ownership interest in CME, RHJI also disposed of part of its minority interest in U-shin Ltd.
