Petercam SA/NV is the Belgian paying agent for our ordinary shares. The paying agent’s services include the payment of dividends and the deposit of shares with a view to attending shareholders’ meetings. The paying agent will not charge the holders of our ordinary shares for the provision of such services. Investors should inform themselves about the amounts that other financial intermediaries may charge in connection with paying agency services.
