Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of August 26, 2009

This Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting was not able to proceed due to not reaching certain quorum requirements. As a result, a new Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of RHJ International SA ("RHJI") is convened for Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at 4 p.m. at Avenue Louise 326, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, with the same agenda as that of the meeting convened on August 26, 2009. this new Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting will be able to proceed without quorum requirements (i.e. regardless of the percentage of share capital attending or being represented at the meeting). Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting are invited to arrive at 3.15 p.m. at latest, in order to proceed with the registration formalities.
