This Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting was not able to proceed due to not reaching certain quorum requirements. As a result, a new Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of RHJI International SA (“RHJI”) was convened for Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at 4 p.m., at Avenue Louise 326, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, with the same agenda as that of the meeting convened on March 8, 2007. This new Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting was able to proceed without quorum requirements (i.e. regardless of the percentage of share capital attending or being represented at the meeting).
