Corporate Governance Charter
The Belgian Corporate Governance Committee published a Code on Corporate Governance (the so-called “Belgian Code on Corporate Governance”) on December 9, 2004, which is a code of best practice applying to listed companies on a non-binding basis (“comply or explain” approach).
As required by the Belgian Code on Corporate Governance, RHJI has prepared this Corporate Governance Charter in order to disclose its corporate governance policy.
The Corporate Governance Charter is available on-line in pdf (Corporate Governance Charter) and will be updated as required in the event of any change made to RHJI’s corporate governance policy.
In addition, RHJI will provide, in its Annual Report, factual information with respect to the application of its corporate governance policy and any relevant modification to the Corporate Governance Charter.
