  • RHJ International is a diversified holding company which is transforming itself into an active and dynamic financial services group.  The cornerstone of this transformation is the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson announced on October 15, 2009.  Completion of the change of control is scheduled to take place in July.

  • RHJ International was incorporated on June 18, 2004 under the Belgian law, as limited liability company for an unlimited term.

  • Private equity funds affiliated with Ripplewood Holdings LLC have contributed their interests in the seven businesses that formed the initial RHJ International portfolio, together with a cash contribution. On top of this, newly issued RHJ International ordinary shares were sold in successful global offering and private placement transactions on March 31, 2005.  This has transitioned RHJ International from a private equity environment into a publicly listed enterprise.
