Mr. Peter Foy, appointed as a director of RHJI on June 21, 2011, is presently Chairman of Creative Tank Ltd, a digital marketing company, and a director of Eportation Inc, a security software company.Mr. Foy is a former Managing Director of McKinsey & Company UK, the international management consulting firm, where he spent twenty-seven years of his career. He was a member of McKinsey’s world-wide Board and spent ten years as head of the firm’s European Consumer Goods Practice. After retiring from McKinsey in 1995, Mr. Foy became Chairman of Baring Brothers International, which had been acquired as the corporate finance arm of ING’s investment bank, a position he held until 1999. More recently he has held the following posts: Deputy Chairman of P&O Princess Cruises plc, Chairman of Whitehead Mann plc and director of PepsiCo Inc, Omnicom Inc and Safeway plc.In addition to these roles, Peter has served as Transport Chairman of London First, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Ballet School and is presently a Governor of the British Film Institute.Mr. Foy maintains a close connection with Oxford University, from which he graduated with a MA in Modern Languages, as a Fellow of St. Peter’s and St. Anne’s Colleges and a Director of Oxford Ltd.
