Mr. Lucio Noto, appointed as a director of RHJI on June 21, 2011, is a managing partner of Midstream Partners LLC, an investment company specializing in energy and transportation projects, and a director of Philip Morris International and Penske Automotive Group.Previously, Mr. Noto was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mobil Corporation from 1994 until its merger with Exxon in 1999, at which time he was named Vice Chairman of Exxon Mobil Corporation. He held this position until his retirement in 2001. Mr. Noto is a former Chairman of IBMs Audit Committee and a former member of its Executive Committee. Mr. Noto was a director of Stem Cell Innovations, Inc., Commercial International Bank of Egypt, Shinsei Bank and a member of the Mitsubishi Corporation International Advisory Council.He is a member of the Council for the United States and Italy and an Honorary member of Temasek’s International Advisory Panel.Mr. Noto holds a degree in physics from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from Cornell University.
