Graf von Schweinitz, appointed as a director of RHJI in June 2011, is an independent non-executive director of Kleinwort Benson Bank Limited, as well as Chairman of its Audit Committee and member of its Strategic Risk Committee.He has 25 years of investment banking experience, principally in capital markets and risk management. Until March 2007, he spent 19 years at Kleinwort Benson/Dresdner Bank. He worked in various roles including derivatives trading, hedge fund management and as COO of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein UK, before becoming Chief Risk Officer of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Head of Risk Management Investment Banking. He was also the Deputy Chairman of Dresdner Group’s Credit Committee, a member of Dresdner Group’s Capital Committee and a member of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein’s Executive Committee. Prior to 1988, he headed the European Swap Group at the Chase Manhattan Bank.Since 2007, Graf von Schweinitz has acted as advisor on various risk and investment-related assignments for hedge funds, banks and private equity companies. He is also a trustee of the Institute for Cancer Research and chairs the investment committee. Graf von Schweinitz holds a BA and MA from Oxford University.
